Professional Applications - PA1 and PA2 assessments are based on a competency based evaluation which emphasizes the integration of key areas of knowledge, skills and abilities required of professional accountants and senior financial managers. You need to pass the PA1 and PA2 exams to become a Certified General Accountant (CGA). The in-house classes give you the "extra" edge - case writing and exam writing tips and tricks - technical review of current, must-know accounting topics.
